Audiometric Technician

  • Primary responsibility is to coordinate and administer Audiometric and Hearing Tests, site visits, report writing, and to liaise with clients and the authority.
  • Shall include assisting in Industrial Hygiene services such as Noise Risk Assessment, Chemical Health Risk Assessment, Chemical Exposure Monitoring and etc

Draughts Person

Primary responsibilities will include assisting mapping / draughting team in their task of providing data, info and mapping for the undercurrent projects which include digital data collection, editing data and map creation.

 

Events and Training Technician

Contract

Location : Kuching

  • Set up, operate and dismantle Audio Visual equipment (e.g. microphones, projectors, LED screens, speakers, etc.)
  • Ensure Audio Visual equipment is tested and functioning before events
  • Manage the Audio Visual system during live events
  • Liaise with clients on their AV system requirements in real time
  • Coordinate with facilities teams for network or power needs related to Audio Visual setups
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including schedules, logistics and vendor communication
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients and vendors to understand event requirements
  • Oversee event setup and breakdown to ensure all logistics are executed as planned
  • Provide on-site support and act as the point of contact during events to address issues promptly
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.

Industrial Hygiene Executive

Primary responsibilities will include Industrial Hygiene services in the areas of Chemical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA), Noise Risk Assessment, Chemical Exposure Monitoring (CEM) and Local Exhaust Ventilation Inspection (LEV) site visits, report writing and liaising with clients and relevant authorities.

Internships

We offer industrial training programmes to undergraduates interested in laboratory services, environmental and engineering consultancy. These programmes will enrich undergraduates' industrial knowledge and experience by keeping them abreast with the latest development in the industries.

Requirements:

  1. Malaysian or Foreign Student with valid student pass from Immigration Department of Malaysia pursuing an undergraduate degree in higher learning institutions, either in Malaysia or overseas, in related disciplines where internship is a mandatory part of course completion (preference will be given to third and final year students).
  2. Application is open to undergraduate pursuing diploma / degree in higher learning institutions, either in Malaysia or overseas, in science / technical / engineering / business studies disciplines where internship is a mandatory part of course completion.
  3. Internship participation for a minimum duration of three (3) months and maximum of eight (8) months.
  4. Submission of the following documents:
    1. Application Letter (MANDATORY to state preferred location for internship. Refer to our website for location of Chemsain offices)
    2. Curriculum Vitae
    3. Copy of latest academic results
    4. Copy of the Industrial Training / Internship Letter (signed by the University)
    5. Reply Form from university/college/polytechnic

Completed documents MUST be submitted via email ( internship@chemsain.com ) . Application without documents mentioned above will be deemed as incomplete and will not be processed.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  • Application must be submitted three (3) months prior to the commencement of internship period.
  • Should you not receive any reply from us within one (1) month prior to start date of your internship duration, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
  • Only successful application will be contacted. You are not required to contact us to check on the status of internship application.
  • Acceptance OR declension of offer must be notified within five (5) working days.
